Got into a medication mixup through no fault of my own. Spent a few days in bed. Really in bed … not like, I’ve got a cold and stay on the couch and watch TV. I was asleep for the better part of three days.
Back to cycling tomorrow! I hope it doesn’t hurt too much.

Today I ventured out of the condo for coffee. It was a beautiful day. I saw down at “The Art We Are” and had some coffee and a snack and listened to some live music. Not a bad day considering it was my first out of the house in a while!
